Since 2015 we have been owners, operators, and hosts first. The software, the partnerships, and the team all grew out of running properties ourselves, and we are still learning from every stay.
PIPI was founded in Tokyo in 2015. We started by building our own systems to solve the problems we ran into operating vacation rentals day to day.
From there we grew into hotels with LANG HOTEL and villas with LAI RESORT. Today we operate properties across Japan, Thailand, and Malaysia, and offer the know-how from that work as software and operating services.

After the Minpaku law took effect, recognized as a leader in vacation rental management with a site visit from MLIT Minister Ishii.
Strategic alliance with Clearth Life developer and entered Bangkok market for regional expansion. Launched LANG HOTEL brand in Ginza.
Started LAI Resort project with 10+ premium properties in Kita-Karuizawa luxury market.
LANG Hotel Ueno opened. LAI entered Pattaya with pool villas. Premium partnerships with Airbnb, Agoda, Trip.com.
PIPI 10th Anniversary milestone. LANG Hotel Asakusa opened, continuing expansion into the next decade.
